animals are out because i doubt very very much that they will evolve into anything but humans over the next million years.....

the machines are out because they can only hold so much information and they can learn any more unless a HUMAN progams them....(unless u go into unrealistic machines then well there is no limit...)

and i would definitely say genetically enginered humans are better than normal humans....even tho we can't really do that type of thing yet......so yea
